Rushmoor Voluntary Services

Rushmoor Voluntary Services (RVS) (Registered charity No 1059794) is a Council for Voluntary Service and a membership organisation open to all voluntary and community groups. It covers the Borough of Rushmoor in North East Hampshire including the towns of Aldershot and Farnborough. Its role is is to help and support any voluntary or community group working in the borough of Rushmoor.

RVS is a membership organisation. Membership is open to any organisation that shares any of the charitable objects of RVS and benefits people living in Aldershot and Farnborough in Hampshire, UK.

The services of the Council for Voluntary Service are available to members and non-members. Certain services are restricted to member organisations. There is no charge for membership.

Membership Organisations include:

  • Parent Action Group for Special Play
  • The Aldershot Garrison Special Needs Group

Rushmoor Voluntary Services is a member of:

It provides advice and support for a whole host of community issues including assistance with fundraising and how to form new groups or projects.

It also offers:

  • Dial-a-Ride, a door to door transport service to carry people with disabilities in specially adapted vehicles. For more information call 0845 602 4118
